Class Terms and Conditions
By remitting payment for a class with Chameleon Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
A 50% deposit is required to reserve a class. Class payment is only refundable if canceled one week before the scheduled class date. No refunds will be given after the class. Payment is a flat fee and not dependent upon the number of attendees.
No refunds will be given if participants do not show. Training material will only be provided for the quoted number of maximum participants. If more participants are in attendance than the amount in the registration form extra participants will be asked to leave or an additional fee will be charged which must be paid before the start of the class.
The trainer has the right to leave if the participant total is more than the contracted amount. If a trainer does leave due to non-payment of additional participants, no refunds will be given.
If you have selected the partial payment option the total payment amount must be received 48 hours before the beginning of the training for all classes with the exception of a class series. The remaining balance of partial payments for a class series must be received 48 hours prior to the beginning of the class in the second half of the series.
Full refunds will be offered if a trainer has to cancel or does not appear on a scheduled training date. Options to reschedule the event will only be provided if the request to reschedule is received no less than one week before the scheduled training date for in person classes. Virtual classes must be canceled 48 hours before the scheduled class date to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Your preferred class will be tentatively held upon receipt of the Chameleon Academy invoice. You have 7 days to make the agreed payment terms otherwise your selected training date will no longer be reserved.
The refund and payments listed in the above terms and conditions only apply to electronic payments. Payments by mail must be received 14 days prior to the scheduled class date for all classes. Partial payments are not allowed for payments by mail. Any refunds will be submitted in the original payment form.
Chameleon Academy is not liable for emotional concerns or triggers that may occur after a manners class. We teach manners and communication and are not liable for any undesirable behavior changes as a result of our training. We do not offer a guarantee that each participant will immediately grasp the content or skills. All participants learn at their own pace and Chameleon Academy does not guarantee training competency.
Guardian attendance in class
Only required staff is allowed in group classes. The only participants allowed in an individual class are the registered participants. Parents or guardians are not allowed to attend individual classes but may wait outside in the waiting area near the classroom.
